30 Hang Power Clean (95/65)
30 Push Press (95/65)
30 Thrusters (95/65)
1 min rest between each movement.
For those of you who are bummed out about not being able to redo the April Baseline, take this time to put your fears at bay. Word has it that future programming will include past baselines. The February, March, and April baseline will be back in full glorious glory soon. All of the AMRAPing, pyramid rep scheming, and weightlifting (+Burpees) will be available for your fitness pleasure. Whether this will be your first, second, or third time going through these WODs, you should have a more refined set of tools with which you can best the baselines. For those of you getting some action on Sunday Funday, make sure you check to see what your old times and loads were and do your damnedest (read: keep good form) to crush the WOD.
